How To Apply for Business Self Storage

Application Form: We need a few details from you. We will store this information in accordance with the Data Protection Act and it will not be passed on to any third parties.

Identification: Along with your application you will be required to produce two forms of ID – one of which is to be photographic and another as proof of address. We will hold a copy of this information on file. If we suspect any misuse of the facilities we will ask for photographic ID to limit fraud, theft or illegal activity.

Initial Payment: Your initial rental payment and security deposit need to be provided by credit card, debit card, direct debit or cheque as we are unable to accept cash payments for security reasons.

Subsequent Payments: We recommend payment is made automatically each month by direct debit to reduce the risk of missed payments. We will also accept cheque, bank transfer or card payment by phone.

Insurance Cover: We request that all storage contents are valued accurately and insurance cover is valid for your term of stay. We can provide open cover insurance (please note restrictions may apply).

Security Padlock: To ensure you are the only key holder to your unit we request that you supply your own padlock. This limits access to your belongings by anyone other than you. In the event you lose your key, just let us know.
